Well… there is always stuff like the HUMVEE that fires AMRAAM and Aim-9X
Its not just ARMs though, things like Cruise missiles like the Tomahawk to also consider
And UK and Germany are developing vehicles that fire ASRAAM and IRSI-T respectively. So they are being worked on. I still think in the event of the cold war going hot. The NATO plan would have worked well. These days, dont take this the wrong way and im not going to say more. The Russian dont really stand much of a chance.
Gaijin has a history doing this stuff just look at the sepv2 they tried to market it like it was an actual upgrade when in reality it was a complete downgrade.
Maybe, still. I just hope they are few and far between and we dont get what we had in ground, where we just got SA light tanks back to back and only just now getting things like the Scimitar.
That I think is the greatest fear.
Why do you want [insert british light tanks like the scimitar] you have the rooikat?
Why do you want the [insert british top tier jet, like the typhoon] you have the Gripen?
Why do you want [Wildcat or another british heli] you’ve got the super-hind?
So, with the KV-7 out of the way, what is everyones guess for the Dreams Come True event?
Anyone else think it’s a plane to coincide with the event schedule?
That’s fair, though I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone saying no to indigenous vehicles because of stuff in the subtree. Like, I’ve seen positive ratios for foreign equipment that was only ever evaluated on the forums, so the I doubt you’d have to worry about the community. The actual issue is if Gaijin doesn’t add them in because a subtree vehicle fills that hole.
The problem I have with that is those sides haven’t been a continuous thing post WW2. Nations do swap sides every now and then, especially after the fall of the USSR, and isn’t anywhere close to being a bigger issue then copy paste is as a whole, east or west tech be damned.
