Well Nexter and KMW merging was supposed to facilitate a faster development time (given Nexter was the french lead and KMW was the German lead), but I doubt it’ll happen. Germany is pretty set on keeping the Leo lineage strong with the 2AX, and France will inevitably demand every part of the tank be built and assembled in France before storming off to make a sub-par tank that look suspiciously like a MGCS but is totally different we promise
Considering how long Britain and France have been waiting for high tier light vehicles, it’ll take a few years at least.

Given the Boxer is a joint-British German development why not sooner. Officially the Brits dont have any IFV models, but they do have a few 40mm CTA turrets that where shown, and if Gaijin is feeling extra spicy, the Brimstone launcher variant
It’s part British, so it can’t come before Russia and Sweden get 5 more IFVs.

All jokes aside, turning the Su-39 into any kind of missile boat would be hilarious. Make it 12.3 as far as I care, I’d thoroughly enjoy the weird playstyle for it. Not much of a ground pounder myself anyways.

Makes me wonder if we’d see an A-6F, A-6G or YA-7F as a counterpart. Otherwise it’s the actually deadly airframes like F-15E or F-16XL.
Also the A-10C remains nowhere to be seen, considering how just how many Su-25 variants have been added, the absence is odd to say the least.

I assume that, SU-25sm3 is used to fill the lack of top USSR CAS, while US already has F-16C.
But I think things like A-6F, A-10C is coming soon, with more useful loadouts for US, like AGM-65E/G or AGM-123.
That’s basically how I feel. I don’t really want a more advanced A-10 tbh, cus I just don’t like how slow it is. Rather have an airframe with some actual speed on it
