Yes possibly if it gets AIM-120C-5 &7’s with its corrected countermeasures , AN/ALQ-184, and possibly AN/ALE-50’s

Does dropping things from low orbit count?
Or better yet carrying a fleet of aircraft. (yes I’m well away these types of “balloons” haven’t existed since some attempt before WW2)
