They aren’t adding a new tech tree nation without planes.
Once again, every independent nation has started with planes. Israel starting with them means nothing other than the fact that Gaijin was following the pattern it set up all those years ago.

And who said these planes would show up in the leak lists?
For all we now they’ll take the in-game Hurrcain and tree and pass it off as one of the Canadian-built ones. (there are a handful of vehicles in-game I could see them trying this)
So 2 tank for a new tree would work too…
