It has absolutely nothing to do with the Soviet Union and tonnes to do with America, and thus it does not in any way belong in the Soviet tree.

Not weird. For some, like yours truly, the F-14 is down a branch that is quite far away.
It’s strange how people are so annoyed at the R2Y2’s and the AJ for being fakes.
But because the J-9 is a cool paper plane it’s alright ? eh

Its pretty clear Gaijin opens cans of worms whenever its expedient for the game. I just really doubt the Chinese J-9 is one they’d consider expedient.

While I don’t particularly agree with the R2Y2 or the AJ, I can see their purpose (not the R2Y2 now, but at the time), while I don’t see the point in the J9. As far as I know there isn’t a gap it would fill.
Plz Gaijin give Japan the T-1 (V1,2 & 3), Vampire and T-33 at tier 5 and remove the R2Y2s!!! Give us the J8M, T-4, T-1 CCV and FS-T2-Kai as well just for fun, and move the F-1 up to rank 7.
