Yes and some have indeed already been implemented like the spall liners and multiple Challenger 3 TD reports.
We plan to publish a more comprehensive response where we will discuss these reports and changes to the Challenger 2 variants in detail, but this will come after the update when we’ve had time to thoroughly analyze everything.

no wonder people cried about t90m when its cumulative armor multiplier was 6.72 lol
apparently it means you multiply the armor plate by the multiplier and you get rha equivalent

Yea, thats how it works, you have generic, ke and, ce multipliers
They changed it but that was what it was on the dev
