I believe he wanted the Hungarian Gripen.
In all fairness Britain has JAS-39Ds for training purposes. It is gaijin being lazy and honestly there will be no significant enough performance difference, but I suppose we can imagine it being British.

I agree, the Treaty cruisers are utterly awful and if they can’t be supplemented by missile cruisers then they will instead need to be foldered so you only have to grind through like 3.
Alternatively they could add the ‘almost laid’ Admiral and Churchill classes of Heavy Cruisers although until next month there are no official sketches but I believe a few have been salvaged and are being put into a book.
