China VT4 is, of course, an export piece of equipment, and it can be exported to other countries. But if you ask them on Chinese forums to put VT4 on the Japanese TT, I’m sure their emotions will be even more angry than mine

No. The Chinese tree is shared by both nations. Taiwan is known as the Republic of China, after all.

Even as Chinese I am very open to the idea of Chinese vehicles in other trees. But I said like 4 times already, most of the customers does not want to return to their colonial overlords in history because a variety of reasons.
I honestly does not understand why people stigmatize so badly. Sure, it makes playing certain trees able to experience many, and arguably the gripen C is a bad move - I don’t see why a T-90S for the UK is bad or things like the T-72M1 or the VIDAR.

I personally felt it was hence why I leave it out when listing trees that need sub trees. Well I have no clue on Gaijin stance other players feel like it isn’t.

If I remember correctly, roughly half of the ground tree is made up of Taiwanese vehicles (or at least was earlier this year).
In war thunder perspectives it is shared, since Taiwanese/nationalist vehicles are split between all 4 lines. A potential subtree for China is Pakistan since it has a lot of both ground and air weapons, some not owned by both sides of the strait. There are also proposals in the Chinese community for an export-themed subtree, which includes all the vehicles of China that are not operated by itself, but meant for foreign customers.
Id like to see the JF-17 personally
Pakistan is the best, in my opinion. While we’re on the subject of sub trees, I would also like to see a Turkish sub tree for Israel.

So Chinese player needs the China’s fifth tree to get their own IFV and light tank.

Anyone have ideas about what tier 7 prems for other nations will be? US gets the M1A1HC, UK has the challenger 2 OES, rumors about a downgraded VT4 for China, what about other nations like Sweden or France? will they get one this update?
If gaijin choose Pakistan as the sub tree, then we will see T84, T80UD, AH1Z and more F16 LOL

The Chi-Ha Kai is a tricky case because even though its marked with nationalist flag, it is still considered operated by both sides during the civil war, being the famous Gongchen, the first tank employed by the communists.
