I agree with the T-80BVM, which is why imo it’s good they are only getting a sidegrade MBT.
I also agree that sweden will probably be fine. Because while 2A7V > 122, they have 2 122s.
My main problem is with the other nations. As far as we currently suspect the UK will get a Challenger 2 with a new gun, Italy will get an, all be it promising looking, light tank, the US is getting the SEPv2 that plays the same as the SEP they already have, aka hull lolpenned simulator.
And worst is that we don’t even know anything about what will happen to China, France, Israel and Japan.
This si why I hate the idea of the only change being that there will be 2 super tanks instead of one.
I don’t know what the 2A7V’s composites are called. I’ve heard DV-Tech but I can’t confirm that.

I don’t know. Information on the 2A6EX is incredibly hard to find because it was last shown in 2005 (2010 if you count the PSO).
All I can tell you, is that it was advertised to have improved armour.
Dammit, I was hoping to gaslight the forums.
So they, except Italy, are in the same boat as the US and UK, getting a half baked “counterpart”.
Japan might actually also be in a decent spot if they fix the Type 10 a bit.

I mean… gaijin could really then fix the Strv 122 armor and give the 2a6ex the same config. It would be the best choice IMO
China still has 7 mbt that have not been released, including ZTZ-99A (140) VT-4 VT-4A1 VT-4U ZTQ-15 VT-5 VT-5U.
They should change the 2A6 to a 2A6 M or EX by adding a modification to give it that upgrade package. Also throw it in rank VIII. As it is now thereare hardly any differences between it or the 2A5.
guy, they are using engine from T-34 just with turbo, NVM about changes
they tried to create new engine for T-14(x engine), but it failed and they have returned to V-engine from T-34
