If it’s compatible with them? They might receive them in the future. Already examples in game of similar things happening.
Update to that: UralVagonZavod states max speed is 65 kph.
I genuinely find it hilarious that so many people have led themselves into the believing the T-90M will be some sort of massive upgrade to the T-80BVM or T-73B3 when in reality it’s just a relatively OK side grade at best.

Now im confused. The 2A7V have improved internal over the 2A6.
But not over 2A6EX.

It doesnt have in game, the PSO uses the same chassis but they didnt give it internal armor ipgrade
According to the leaks most nations will receive either a side grade or minor upgrade this update.
The only exceptions on the list are the 2A7V and Centauro II MGS (funnily enough).

Well it is an upgrade because the BVM has terrible base armor

2A6EX, as well as 2E, 2A6HEL, etc, have D tech hulls (PSO ingame should have D tech hull too, since it’s based off 2A6EX Demo 2, but bug reports were disregarded).
