No he is correct. F-15J MSIPs have tested and can use AMRAAMS honestly not sure why people keep saying they can’t? Japan has a whole freaking inventory of AMRAAMS.

It has same engine and around same horsepower/ton ratio, idk if transmission is different or not, theres some sources stating it is, theres some stating it was changed. Theres also fact that some T-90M are made not from scratch but rather T-90 or T-90A upgraded to T-90M which could mean they might not have transmission updated if it was updated on T-90M that was shown in 2017.
Basically its uncertain about anything transmission related.
