I read about that, but AFAIK that’s so far only planned and not produced yet, with the actual capabilities more rumored than known? I might have missed info on it though, but would be cool if that came to the TT eventually. The Vilkas was rumored to be an event vehicle in another leak, so that would make sense to me.

F-2 itself might be, but XF-2 with PD radar could be added right now, especially with AAM-3s. Basically, I’m saying there’s other stuff they can add here and there before the F-2.
Technically they could add the F-2 with just AAM-3s and it’d be fine, especially if we get more comparable maneuverable planes.

Are these prototypes? The BMVG says the production models are planned to arrive in 2025. A few months ago I heard it wasn’t sure which turret they would use, but I guess that means they have decided by now.

Makes sense, but I also get that Gaijin may not implement it before the actual configuration is known. An event Vilkas would give us something to play with until then.
