M6a1

You stated it as a justification for the same BR, I would consider it a justification for a 0.3 BR difference as the benefits are much more substantial.

You know it’s a huge tank.Hiding isn’t an option

Sitting out in the open is though?

no but sticking with the team and always moving is an option

Thing is, even if you move with the team, if you aren’t in cover or keeping your weakspots covered, you will still die…

yes but still better than waiting to get bombed

Front tracks, top section, head on - the round passes into the cabin and OHKs the Mk VII. It is a “weak spot” for any with APHE at and around its BR , starting at… BR 3.3 (against a 4.7 Heavy with no gun).

Why so much hate each time someone disagrees with you ?

Then tell me what else am I supposed to do?

It was pretty clear from the statements… Don’t be moving out into direct fire if you know you can’t stop a round from it…

There’s no hate, it’s mere enthusiasm… But the issue with the OP, is that every thread he posts, if you engage with him and oppose or confront his stance, they get all uppity and proclaim that it’s about something else… Every time, without fail.

Many mistake my posting, as ranting, and anger, but the issue is, that I am merely articulate… Maybe that scares some people, after all, those flags are pretty funny when it’s straight up normal advice, of which I know it’s accurate.

There is a stage where someone who is posting up ‘issues’ has to admit it’s literally a wet paper bag, and they’re not having any luck actually figuring it out.

KV-85 should be 5.0, like the M6 and German KV-1 756r.

4.7 tanks fill a much needed role to help balance out 4.3 tanks

It’s strong yeah but at the end of the day it’s a KV with flat plate that can be penned from all angles

The real issue is how Gaijin has programmed Russian fuel tanks to absorb spall so instead of penetrating shots to the side instantly killing the enemy it will go through like a bullet and not shatter, if you’re using solid shot that is.

very helpful, thank you for posting!

I disagree. the KV-85 is worse than the KV-1 756, so should stay in 4.7 . Also the M6A1 can go down too to 4.7.

Worse?? no, the KV-85 have much better fire power and basically the same armor and mobility.
KV-85, German KV and M6/T1 should stay in the same BR but russian heavy tanks always enjoy of the “special” BRs.

Same for the German captured and even worse for the M6 with the weak spots in the front but both are in 5.0 meanwhile the russian tank is 4.7 “cuz reasons” .

My comrade, you cannot angle the KV-85 due to the side armour which are ONLY 40 mm thick. Even reserve tier guns can pen it. The hull is way worse with 75mm front on, sides only 60mm and massive 40mm parts. The KV-85 uses a KV-1S hull, unkike the KV-1C 756 using the KV-1(ZiS-5) hull with 100mm front and 75mm sides. The KV-1C 756 has got almost no weak spots apart from the gun mantlet, which is a volumetric hell itself. German 75 has better fire rate and base pen too, so the firepower arguement is not valid. German KV-1 is clearly superior. Bro is based and anti soviet, same with the IS-3 arguement.

The German captured KV-1 has its front plate reinforced and has a german gun inside it giving it 145mm pen APCBC and access to 182mm pen APCR. It deserves to be 5.0

The M6A1 does not get APCR and does not get reinforced armor. It belongs at 4.7

You can angled perfectly the KV-85 and boring of play with this tank and the angling tactic worsk very well and his side armor is 60mm with 100mm in the turret.

Cupola, Driver port, 35mm machiengun port, etc etc…

Better pen?? 85 mm gun have better pen than german 75 and the APHE is infinity better.
The German is not superior is similar in perform.

Im based in my experience playing both (not like you) and both should stay in the same BR becuase they are comparable. You are soviet main and thats why you said the russian one should be lower BR end of the history.

Nice Joke.

M6 have much better post pen APHE with 149mm with the same reload speed, stabilizer, secondary 37mm and the 50 cal. 50.

Is not a coincidence ALL people said the german KV is better never played with that vehicle LOL.

Bro tatally ignored the 40mm weak spot part

My bad, I was talking the BR-365A shell that most people main on the 85mm. The BR-365K has 148mm pen, the ‘A’ has 135mm and Kwk has 145mm pen.

Becuase is a spot you can easily hide, i never had problems with that small hull portion.
