Can anyone sensibly explain why the M44 costs 26000RP for Japan, 18000RP for Great Britain and 13000RP for Germany?

Okay so basically, vehicles has a set research cost based on what rank they’re in and how many vehicles are in the same rank before it. So something that’s the first vehicle in a rank is gonna be cheaper than something that’s second or third.
When something is in a folder they go by the exact same logic but cut it 50%.
No real sense to it especially now with all the copy paste stuff having different rp costs for the same vehicle
