How do i unlock the m4 sherman on the premium vehicles side?

I did recently play mobile to get the IJN destroyer. It did not transfer to my pc account for a day or so. Are you referring to the promotion to unlock the M4 from mobile to pc?

Premium vehicles you have to purchase for golden eagles which cost real money or for straight up real money if it’s a pack vehicle. If you mean the event M4 that was available for the full release of War Thunder Mobile, that was a limited time event and tasks had to be completed in WTM and WT seperately. Even if you own that event M4 in WTM, you can no longer get it in WT.
