currently most of them are as the only use they have is if your fighting someone who has stock heat

I mean, i can see bradley having modification similiar to lav-ad (hydras vs stingers) that would switch between stingers and tows.
Armored IFV with sabots that can carry stingers would be cracked first spawn vehicle.
From my knowledge it was never equipped with hydra’s or sabot rounds.
And just clear this is specifically BUSK III on the M3A3 right?

I meant that just like LAV-AD can switch between hydras and stingers, so would the suggested bradley switch between stingers and tows, if what whopper098 said about being able to equip stingers is true.
yah ok but we don’t want to grind two same vehicles for on just to have anti air modifications itll be best a s like 15k-20k modification.
It cannot equip stingers just tow’s. The M6 was the only variant that was fitted with stingers

With adding this they could also add whatever this ERA is called for the BMP-3 in the same update

i mean thats cool but also pretty bad. if im correct the testing for this resulted in 6 era blocks getting detonated by a single pg7v. and even if implemented if im not wrong its basically just contact 1. so you get 3 tons for contact 1
That’s Karkas-I with 4S20 inserts from Kontact-1. It had a lot of issues during testing as mentioned above. There’s a modern version of Karkas called Karkas-II which uses 4S24 inserts. This version is seen in-game on the turret of the T-90M/T-72B3/T-80BVM on the sides and rear. IRL this version is used on the BMP-3:
Honestly I only want BUSK and this on the BMP-3 because I like the way they look. Bradley looks good with BUSK and the BMP-3 looks like a goofy guy

used is a bit of an overstatement, i dont think iver ever seen a single bmp 3 go in combat with an armor package, tho that is pretty irrelevant for war thunder sake
There’s quite a few that have. Many have been found on Oryx’s database.
i havent seen any yet personally, though russia is starting to mostly transition to those as their bmp 2 inventory gets thinner and thinner, so we might start seeing more protection packages going forward.
