4 times out of 4 not having APS on the base tank.
It’s also worth mentioning that as far as I recall all of those APS tanks where added well after the base models where in the game:

OP never said the Devs are wrong. OP never said there are no v3 w/o APS. OP very first sentence acknowledges theres v3 w/o APS. OP is complaining that it is that v3 w/o the APS which is being added. OP wants v3 with the APS to be added.

I guess T-90M also isn’t Russian because APS version has been added as a completely new vehicle.
Bug report for L27A1 and DM53 missing anti ERA was accepted. We can assume germany, UK, Italy will get it too

And it being lower muzzle velocity, and removing m829a2. Gaijin will probably “accidentally” Nerf it like they did with m735 and then refuse to fix it, like the m735. My bet they are gonna add some russian ApS tank that can intercept the m829a3 and only that one because it is slower.

Also this is such a weird decision from Gaijin. Make one of the new MBTs, the most highly requested one at that, completely redundant by buffing the already best top tier Abrams (SEPv1).

But i think it would be better, or would have been guess now its to late, to have APS as an Modification to be unlocked if the Vehicle is else 1:1 similar. I think some of the Soviet / Russian ones are a bit different with some more Upgrades than just the APS (not sure but there i can get behind separate Vehicles)

I think it’s safe to say though that the Sep.V3 getting the non-APS version first is not a stand alone case specifically done to screw over USA.
