I think it’s time USA got the M1A2 SepV3 as shown below:
Latest additions:
“The Trophy APS can detect, classify and engage threats such as recoilless rifles, antitank guided missiles, rockets and rocket-propelled grenades.”
This would allow protection from the growing fire and forget missiles from the new helicopters in War Thunder.

As more nations benefit from top tier armor enhancements and Trophy Systems. In order to remain competitive Abrams could benefit from this addition in Premium version or tech tree version…

There are prototypes for other nations tech trees already in game and tanks that were never made already added in. Saying “wait” is invalid when these already exist and proven.
Also next gen is the AbramsX. The sep v3 is only an enhancement of what’s already in game.
They exist, but we haven’t really touched APS with top tier yet.
The next gen is tanks with upgrades like sepv3 and 2A8. Abrams X and T14 are the next gen after that.

i wonder will gaijin give it “end of the line” dart cuz most of them can pen 700mm+ which would go through current MBT armor like hot knife through butter

Also doesn’t the Black Knight’s APS already counter APFSD rounds? US APS would not counter even to that level. And I’m positive it’s already in game 💀
Nope, the leopard 2a7 could use the dm73 now but it doesnt cause every t90 and t80 would light up like a christmas tree. Gonna need the ERA to work as armor in some way.

The T14 is next gen. The SepV3 is not next gen. At least how I see it in game. Personally an APS would be more than enough since the round it carries would break the game in my opinion.
when did i ever said prototype lol ? sepv3 is a next gen where the game can have 6km x 6km maps and have apfsds round of 800mm,

t14, kf51, and abrams x are gonna prob be 2 years later or more. Prob going to turn into top tier air with a clusterfuck of loitering drones, crewless turrets, and the likes.
SepV3 is not NextGen lad, I would at least want to see the APS improvements and armor. The round it would carry would break the game since everything would light up like a Christmas tree.
