Hello all, today, I’m requesting that the M1A1 AIM (US) receive the Camouflage Net modification, this is due to the fact that they are quite literally the same vehicle, as you can see here:
As you can see, the M1A1 found in the British tree gets the net, but not the American one, even though both have the same operator country, Australia.
Having the same vehicle in different trees get different modifications creates an air of inequality, as some who worked to research the AIM in the American tree, are now left disappointed that the same vehicle in a different tree gets a slight advantage.
TL;DR, British AIM got camo net, American one didn’t, same vehicle, so American one should get camo net.
Really? We are down to complaining about the UK ones crew drying their socks on the gun barrel now?
The camo net is literally just a few rags hung around the turret.
the one in the UK tree also has it’s front mud guards missing for I can only assume the same reason. it looks so scuffed that way.
Frankly the USA one should be changed to the USMC M1A1 SA to prevent these issues but they probably don’t want to give it M829A2 as that would likely make it 12.7.
