Some players craved for Skink because ‘nothing but not those damn Bofors’ (M19/M42) before T77 came out.
Because of nothing but Skink is based on the Grizzly(Canadian version of Licensed built Sherman) platform
Based on Sherman, so it is ours! quite a simple logic of theirs, back in that time.
Even though Skink had no direct connection to US technology except the design of the tank hull, because Gun was Polish-British Tech, and the vehicle was built in Canada, and the US Congress/Army were never intended to buy those, and spent no money, and was designed by canadian company by canadian request.
