M1296 Dragoon: Cavalry in the City!

It’s not about realism, it’s not that Gajin truly thought the Skink was a good fit for the U.S. tech tree. They were just being lazy and added it to stop the complaining, instead of adding an actually good and reasonable SPAA to fill 5.3.

Yeah, pretty sure the USA have many unique choices…

T85E1 would be both unique and decent performance wise.

Curious to see if the Bushmaster-using vehicles will get the new air burst round. Could see it being really useful against other light vehicles.

Possibly. Its still in testing but looks promising.

The round is alrdy in game,

funny knowing that zsu57-2 will never see a bushmaster light tank.

Some people bring it up as a TD

(premium players)

Chinese zsu 57 will

WZ305 is 8.0 while the M1296 is almost certainly going to be 9.7.

The Badger doesn’t have a bushmaster while the EFV and CV9030FIN are both 9.3.

M3 bradley has bushmaster and sits at 8.3
Also it faces almost all if not all bushmaster carriers in sim 10_2

There’s loads of fitting prototypes. There were some very detailed lists floating around when American SPAA was still a hot topic.

Well neato. Look at that.

25mm bushmaster instead of the 30mm though, which doesn’t have the airburst ammo that people are talking about.

True then. But still faces them in sim 10_2

Does it work like some of the other HE-TF where if you use optical tracking it turns into semi proxy fuze ammo against air targets?

lol Dra-goon
