Utterly insane right, the SAP-HE does more damage than any NATO FNF missile, and has actually functional lofting code.
LMUR is another example in the on-going dossier that shows gaijin dishing out preferential treatment, 4 would be manageable, but 8, and on a platform with DIRCM is extremely dubious, and yeah should go up to 12.7/13.0 with other top tier CAS
if they fixed stingers and added the ability to switch guidance modes on command so you could take 16 of the same missile and have them be efffective against DIRCM stuff, as well as proxy fuse for the JAGM and 30mm proxy, the AH-64E could fully compete
Thought the same. These dircm helis with LMUR etc. are the next level. Should be GRB max BR for air assets. Just wounder why Gajin added this. After months of KH-38 menace we’ve got just one patch cycle free of AGM spam and now its back with these invincible helis.
They added it because most helicopters were suffering with the addition of the IRIST-SL.
The Ka-52 and Mi-28NM were NOT suffering before lol, they have DIRCM/LDIRCM and the most consistent AGM in the game (prior to LMUR, being Vikhr)
If they would only have 4 that wouldnt change a whole lot. Then theyd have 4 lmurs each sortie plus the vikhrs. and with having a 12 second reload on an experted heli at second helipad. Being immune to iris-t and all new spaas and far away enough to have almost 10 seconds to dip to the ground if any saclos spaa might shoot. untouchable if played right from the ground you can only pray anyone in your team has enough sp and goes for them in a plane with brimstones or agms before its too late.
With the lmurs lofting being so high that theres barely any cover that will break line of sight, somehow they can be locked on even if the target is behind trees and they will somehow also hit targets behind soft cover, 19kg of tnt equivalent that makes 9 out of 10 shots certain oneshots, iog (yk, actual iog not whatever it is that hellfires apparently have in game) so even if you pop smoke, if you dont move enough after the smoke has developed youre still dead and very good speed, how much would it really help that you would have to rearm for 12 seconds at far helipad after firing 4 of those 100% kill probability on any ground unit almost anywhere on the map - missiles?
they added this to the helicopters that are immune to iris-t because helis are suffering with the addition of iris-t??? huh?
Notice I did not say Mi-28NM or Ka-52? I said most. Also the Ka-52 DIRCM is useless against the IRIST which is the best and most common IR SPAA at top tier.
Same goes I said most I did not call out names but now all of the major nations have FnF missiles on their helis.

Only DIRCM, still effective against a good chunk of IR guided munitions, but the AH-64E/Mi-28NM/Z-10ME are the outliers here
It’s a modernized lamp but I’m sure it’ll have the same functionality as LDIRCM in game.
Somehow those Helis have a magic defense bubble against missiles meant to be highly resistant if not immune to DIRCM. And instead of dealing with one, they can deflect an entire missile swarm.
