Is there even a bug report up for that issue
If not someone has to make one
its not so much that IIR can be fooled rather that the seeker can be saturated in such a way that a flashbang or the sun does to an optic. by making the full FOV of the sensor saturated, the missile cannot guide itself towards anything.
however, some missiles, like the IRIS-T, have countermeasures against that. by increasing the FOV, till the distinction between the laser saturated pixels and the unsaturated ones begins, the missile can keep the saturation in the crosshair and leaditself towards it.
which is sometimes called home-on-jam
also, such lasers commonly operate in the IR band. hence why they are effective
regardless, gaijins implementation is incorrect.
yes, SAL have frequencies, however the way LDIRCCM works is not by matching the frequency by rather by saturation of the seeker/sensor. AKA overloading it

Issue is already bug reported and it afflicts every kind of TGP camera.
