Most supersonics at and above can go past supersonic at sea level anyways. What’s so remarkable at being able to go fast on the deck? Shouldn’t you be climbing?
Objectively wrong, even the mig21bis can’t supercruise, only the eurofighter typhoon and certain iterations of the mig29 can.
Just use afterburner. Supercruise is literally not that important when afterburner exists. Even 101% burn on the bis breaks mach.
When exactly was the last time supercruising is important in War Thunder when afterburners do the same job?

Which is missing on a lot of aircraft at the moment, such as the F-104, Lightning, etc, or an annoying restriction on things like the F-4s where its a choice between gunpod and a fuel tank.
(Heck Tonkas will run out of fuel with max fuel + combat tanks if you stick on max reheat for a typical sortie, needs the ferry tanks)
So in large gamemodes like ASB, the ability to maintain a good pace whilst on dry heat is needed.
Totally irrelevant for ARB, but still, is technically a place in war thunder where fuel economy matters
Idk about sim, but i ran arb max fuel without tanks on the f3 and I havent ran out of fuel yet. The consumption is still insane though, 57 on this thing is prob 35 to other jets
Tonkas are 700% fuel burn on AB where most are 600% (iirc), though most probably should be higher.
ARB… I might do a bit of fuel management but yeah, GR1, GR4 and F3, usually get away without tanks if i play it smart
yeah the lightning is just as good as 10.0 jets, definitely something rico would say
