Not unlikely. A2d1 has incredibly strong engines and in a dive gets really really quick if you dont watch your speed and just compress into the ground. My point being, what a lot of people apparently don’t see is: someone wasting 600 sp (like 3 medium tanks spawns) just to drop all their ordinance on a rather unimportant (cause usually not gamedeciding) tank like an asu57 (although annoying ofc) and then die to spaa is such a massive net negative in sp that stuff like this from 2 or 3 players can turn around the whole match. spawn expensive plane → revengebomb unimportant target → die to spaa without having done anything of actual worth -->enemy team suddenly has sp to spawn cas themselves. Or enemies that only had sp for spaa (and were basically out of the match) suddenly have sp again to spawn heavy tanks.
If thats a lvl 100 player, hes not your main problem in the match. The ones that actually know where the gamedeciding players are and what they are going to do next are the actual dangerous guys.
You know, of all the folks here, you are the one that is toxic. We should have you banned then, ok? Oh, they did already.
Here you are toxic: You make accusations instead of using your brain. Had you done that, you would have found out that O_Warrior0 has only researched the US tank tree to rank 3 at this time. So all your acidity is in vain.
Instead of spamming claims, check the data.
Comedy gold.
You just have forgotten to start Israel. Or heli, or navy. Ah well… But it sounds impressive.
The problem is that right now the “deep end” starts after those first 10 newbie games against bots, where you get thrown against experienced players even in 1.0.
I play my 109 F-4 because it’s fun and an iconic aircraft.
I play my P-51C/Mustang Mk Ia because it’s fun and an iconic aircraft.
I play my P-38J because it’s fun and an iconic aircraft.
I play my F4U-4 because it’s fun and an iconic aircraft.
I play my G.55 Sotto 0 because it’s fun, and while not as iconic as the earlier ones is still super cool.
I play my Ki-61 because… you get it.
All I play is WW2. I’m only interested in modern jets in so far as “I want to have carrier-capable aircraft in my hangar” and “something to shoot zombers with.”
Also level 100 is meaningless.
I’m level 79 with ~380 hours in a fighter.
There’s people who are level 100 with less than 100 hours zombin with Ju-288 or aardvarks.
The only legit argument vs “level 100” enjoying WW2 is crew skills, which should not exist and be removed.
Not sure those screen-shots or battle results prove balance.
Were ANY of the vehicles you destroyed at your BR? Or were you in a big downtier?
As far as I can tell, the ARL-44 at 5.3 is the closest vehicle to your 5.7.
Probably because people boot game up to have some fun and choose best way to have it. They like playing planes → they grab planes and enjoy game.
Its quite ironic that your third most played vehicle (only 100 battles away from other 1st place) is fiat 6614 which sealclubs ww2 stuff especially in hulldown. And no battles at top tier. Highest is 10.3. Guess someone is mad planes dont let them sealclub stuff at mid tiers.
Which BRs are you looking at?
Most ww2 spaa are slow and open-toped = easy kills for bombs or guns.
At 4+ the advantage for CAS is huge. Which is why I mostly play 3.3-4.0 when doing RGB.
Did you ever think that some players just like to play certain eras? Like me and ww2 vehicles? Because I’m lvl 100 I should not be able to do that?
And did you answer the question about starting a new nation? Except for Israel they all start at reserve. I didn’t start China until I was already lvl 100. I shouldn’t be able to do that?
Do you want to play long Ground games that aren’t just point-and-click adventures, and get to play iconic vehicles from World War II? Do you just want to have fun without stressing out?
Sorry, you’re level 100, so you’re stuck in 12.7 and have to deal with KH38s, level 20s who bought premium, and fight on tiny map with modern vehicles, etc.
Crew skill is definitly unfair. I’m convinced that it’s a mechanic that only exist to give the illusion that the player gets better in the game over time. Same thing as vehichle modifications. You start low so later you can farm other players, grinding their vehichles. But vehichle modifications at least part of the progress system.
Let me guess, you only said 99% so that you can cope your way out of your own logic by going “but I’m part of that 1% so it’s fine for me to play low-mid BRs”?
I agree with you this far. But I would continue with “… if he buys crew skill”. Add to this the slow increase that a new player will at first have. Imho Gaijin farms the external blame approch many people have:
“Everyone else surely has maxed crews and ace, that is why I suck up to them.”
And it seems to work very well.
My faceorite crew skill is probably the rangefinder. But if I remember correctly there isn’t even a key binded for it in the games standard configuration, you have to bind it yourself. Another thing this game lacks is a proper tutorial, and proper controls.
What about people who have maxed crews and know how much ridiculous advantage it gives them because they keep live telemetry of the G-forces sustained in a dogfight AND record their dogfights AND rewatch them and know just how many insane maneuvers they did were only possible due to 5/5+expert?
Yes but - they start you off so weak. For ground - no parts, no FPE and terrible tracks. And they are often the most expensive tier. They should not need to be researched.
