With apfsds it will be at least 9.0
personally I would prefer it with apfsds.
Theres no reason why we should have basically 3 turm iiis at almost the same br. I think the turm 3 uses a similar modification of the l7a3 as the super low recoil testbed so i doubt it was designed to fire apfsds.

I remembered why I never touch air RB on the Tornado, literal waste of time. At least it’s decent on sim as a grinder but, like how can Gaijin look at this awful aircraft and have it be forced to compete with Mig-23s (which steal bases with napalm) and AIM-7F aircraft like F4-J or the 11.7 Tornado having to fight F-18C early.
Like wtf, even a prop fighter can defeat this brick. It has no place in air RB, can’t even compete on ground RB, totally irrelevant.
Like it has no sensors, can’t see ADATS or S1 track radar, and it sees 12.0 uptiers 90% of the time, the 11.3 Tornado should drop to 10.3 in ground RB, where it would face stuff like the OSA, 2S6 and Roland 3, which would be fair for it, and LJDAMs are trash compared to anything else at that BR like the A-10A with AGM-65G or B, or Kh-25ML.

Good to know, didnt see the change anywhere in the changelogs thats why i asked. Also didnt gaijin say that they were going to rework the leo 2 armor like a year and a half ago?
How in the hell turret protection lost almost 60 percent protection on dev server?

How are people not talking more about the turret basket that got modeled in? I don’t know how many times ive died purely because of the turret basket somehow disabling my entire fucking turret.
Everybody did, then everyone complained about the complaining, and they have yet to add any more
It probably was a tailored nerf for US and Ger. No one seems to get baskets anymore^^
And yes there are so many situations where I lost the tank cause a single fragment offs the basked and the whole vehicle is jammed. Enemy players even joking about it and driving circles around you before the kill. Leopard 2 tanks are not what they once were. It became increasingly difficult to get hit and remain combat capable. The repair times are that long than an enemy might drive to you for the kill over the whole map… Also you can’t repair mod by mod. You repair all or nothig and always have to wait for the whole rep timer to be able to shot. Ofc the gun/basket/breech are always the last parts to be repaired…sigh.
Also looks like there is an armor hole, the basked even jams (and the gun breech black out) when there’s no penetration. So you bounce off something, but still important parts inside get damaged??

they could very easily add the same thing to Russian tanks. They already have the autoloader/basket modeled. Why haven’t they?
Obviously, there is much more information available on these tanks than on other tanks, so it is not surprising that they received the new modules first.
thats genuinely the dumbest argument ive read so far. The baskets are shoddy copy and paste for every tank so far. Theres literally 0 reason to not add them to any tank that has them

Unfortunately, the developers think otherwise, and we can only wait and be patient.
I also absolutely love that some cognitively challenged people keep referring to this poll as if to show that we “got what you asked for” and “yada yada monkey’s paw”
Literally not a single breathing person asked for only two tank families to be modeled like this while the rest of the MBTs are conveniently left completely unchanged.

Unlike these people, I read what I was voting for and that’s why I voted no. It was obvious that this would take a very long time, while giving an advantage/disadvantage to some vehicles at certain points of time.
