If the leaks are true, Germany isn’t getting a sub tree a(and probably never will), only like 3 filler planes. The F18, F-5E, and something else IIRC.
That’s all they have space for. They would never get a full line subtree unless Gaijin does a restructure of the German tree.

I know. Getting the F-18 instead of getting nothing before the EFT (if that ever comes) is all everyone wants. Of course with how things have gone in the past, we’ll have to wait until the U.S mains have fun in it before it comes (assuming Spring time if it comes in December).

I think there is a good chance that it’ll come at the same time as the US and Finnish 18C. Just like what happened with the F-16s and F-15s.
I’m not holding my breath because I did that before the ICE and look what happened. I would honestly be surprised if Germany got the F-18 before the new year.

In the future the swiss air and potentially ground sub trees will be germany focused. And the one where they added russia and germany to the game.
Germany getting a Swiss sub tree is an IF/WHEN. Though thats still just like 3 planes, unless they decide to add tanks.
Of course when they added the nation Germany its a Germany focused update but I was meaning something more along the lines of them getting the majority of vehicles/ being the main focus of the update. Similar to how the J-10A and JF-17 were the main focus this previous update.

Personally, I doubt that there will be a full Swiss subtree, but more Swiss tanks/planes will probably be sprinkled throughout the tree.

There can’t be a full tree. A partial one at the higher tiers that consists of three or so planes is possible, but nothing more than that.
Theres like 40 or 50 swiss ground vehicles that germany could get. Thats a lot more than just a couple vehicles. Germany could now get a strf 9040 bill thanks to sweden. Itd be the first ifv in the german tree with competent atgms.
The bagels atgms were competent at 8.3, it deserves at least the first hot missiles.
How would Germany get a Strf 9040?
Because switzerland uses strf 9040s, i think.
Germany could also get a mirage, but that wouldnt exactly add anything to the tree.
Correction on my part, only the 30s at least according to wikipedia. Im tired so i kinda just went off the new skin for the 9040 bill.
Switzerland uses CV9030s, not CV9040s
