With the addition of the line of contact major update we got the option to spawn 2 additional tanks in ground RB.

For me personally, this has been a very welcome change. For example, I’m currently grinding the Japanese TT and so far the only Spaa i can play with my Fuji is the M163. Most of the time I want to be able to do more. But I’m limited by the ammount of tanks I have. The 2 free spawns enable me to significantly help my team in terms of AA or anti tank duties. So for me this addition is really welcome because of situations exactly like this.
But there is a catch.
Obviously the free vehicles shouldnt be aced and spaded. But they should AT LEAST have the abillity to 1. Repair themselves 2. have access to better rounds (not the best one obviously) 3. a decent crew level, level 50 for example. These 3 things would significantly improve this feature by making the vehicles usable for everyone and not just letting them become cannon fodder for the enemy team.

What do you guys think?

They should get parts and better rounds.

Crew wise, maybe like half the lvl of your current crew i guess.

I agree with the parts and better rounds but not the crew.

An MBT with no parts and only HEAT is useless.

A lvl 1 crew just performs worse but you can make it work with lvl 1 crew and parts+dart as opposed to stock shell and lvl 150 crew.

There still need to be some downsides
