Placing a broken vehicle at an actually fair BR where it’s still excellent, just more balanced isn’t “making it worse”.
And making CAMOUFLAGE items client-side isn’t “making them worse”, it’s straight up REMOVING them.
Plus- every vehicle is subjected to BR adjustments and modelling polishments by contract. Bushes were never sold under the premise that “uuuh one day we may just make them client-side lol”.
The fact that you want them to be toggle-able instead of just removed and refunded proves you just have a grudge against bush players and want them to be screwed over.
Unless you are being intentionally dense.

the point being: bushes can obscure the silhouette of a tank so much it becomes barely recognisable

A removal INCLUDING GE refund is the only realistic and fair solution.
Making them toggleable is effectively removing them, but without refunding them.
