Don’t be a cynic dude. Years of clubbing them? Leopards have always been strong. We shouldn’t fight against one another, being cynics with a bias for nations. We all play becouse we want to unlock vehicles and try them out, no mater the flag. Its gaijins inconsistency with every update creating these issues because they purposely ignore or even lie about things to get community approval over there choices of what should get a buff and what shouldn’t, what should be balanced, ect.

Only because the pure penatration is lower it doesn’t mean it is worse. I would say it is even the best ammo in the game, since everything above 550mm is already enough, especially if you see the size of the “splinter spread cone” of russian ammo.

It currently seems to offer a 2/3rd reduction in spall. I’d bring that down substantially - down to 1/3rd I guess. Still enough to help but not enough to rely on.
I have even stomped sweden with the 2A7V.
I don’t consider myself a great player, but I would seriously doubt the capabilities of someone who isn’t able to get a 65%+ winrate and 1.5-2 K/D in the 2A7V and Strv 122s in current top tier.
These 4 tanks are just that dominant at the moment and honestly something should be done about the top tier situation. Preferably by getting other MBTs up to a similar level over these 4 MBTs nerfed down to the rest.
I believe it’s how all the tanks should be.

Are you sure the spall liners do even work right now? Its spalls like it always does, despite it hit the liner. 3/3 turret crew gone with one side hit. Nothing changed.

BTW T-90M is able to make DM52 not pen the turret side. I had this now for 3-4 times, that their turret side spall liner made the whole round somehow vanish.
Yeah, that sounds pretty typical. The soviet black-hole armour is why I no longer play GRB. The Challenger 2 can barely survive a glancing blow, but god-forbid a T-80/90 dying from any less than 3 or 4 rounds. That would be deeply unfair

Armor viever gives DM59 no chance to bounce anywhere on the side. However, ingame even the flat turret side withstands.
Kornet, even pens the strongest part of the armor, the wedge. Its like you have no chance. Nato armor just does not work and russian weapons always do the trick. No aim required. Just hit the wedge, no biggy, dead anyways.

I trust the Protection analysis about as much as I trust Gaijin to model MANPADs fairly. According to it, the ERA on the T-80BVM, can be penned at some angles. In reality… L27A1 cannot pen it at all, at any angle. Im not entirely sure it should be considered a trusted source of information
