If it’s less than 600mm, then it will only be able to withstand the 3BM60, and anything with 600+ penetration will destroy it.

Maybe try this under something that isn’t a unique national variant then. The Leopard 2RI is a very distinct tank different from any variants operated by other nations and different from the demonstrator for the upgrade package it was derived from.
I’d understand this for a Leopard 2A4+ where the only functional difference to other 2A4s already in game would be DM11, but the 2RIs armor package makes a very significant difference.
A nation doesn’t “field everything” just because there’s a Leopard. The Leopard 2RI isn’t the same as a Leopard 2A7V, and that isn’t the same as a Strv 122B+, and even beyond that their lineups are very different.
This isn’t even a case like the initial complaints about the Strv 122 where they were directly better than German tanks, it’s just complaining for the sake of complaining. It’s a unique tank operated by Indonesia and significantly worse than the German Leopards for the casual player looking for the best tree to get a Leopard tank in.

It also doesn’t help most lower BR brackets for most nations are the same as a lot of nations bought tanks from the US or from other larger nations.

So now comes the question: Why should I play Germany top tier?
Italy has L2A7HU better than L2A7V. Sweden has 3 L2A7 level mbt. France has A5 and A6 same as German version. And now even Japan has L2RI which is better than PSO but a little worth than A7V.
So what is the distinctiveness of Germany top tier? PUMA?
I mean the L2RI comes from the tech of L2Revolution but Germany didn’t get the L2R. At the same time, both US and England get the Abrams A3.
And when can Gaijin fix the D-tech hull armor of L2PSO???
