SCBD propellant properlly modelled mean the round can’t explode, or at the very least, have very little chance to explode when hit by ap or ce, while the pen will be the same we can carry more of it without worrying getting ammo rack’d in the hull

They haven’t. They brought the worse one lmao the lws was just and is in development still
well worse is relativ, cause of the climate and area they are used in they bought them with storage for snow chains, it is a reason why they got less armored skirts
how much you wanna bet that gaijin made the storage into actual composite skirts

I do hope we see a 2A8 for France eventually. Based on what Smin said, it isn’t in your plans just now, because a lot of people don’t want Leopards in the French TT, but I would argue there is a difference between adding the 2A5 and 2A6, largely unnecessary vehicles (and in the case of the 2A5, with no lineup), and the 2A8, which fills a major gap, as a proper top-of-the-tree MBT with much better armour and a hard-kill APS (something no Leclerc has).

I can’t speak for anyone else but I personally would have been fine with just the 2A8 (and EMBT), and not the 2A5 / A6
