I can’t speak for anyone else but I personally would have been fine with just the 2A8 (and EMBT), and not the 2A5 / A6

According to Smin, it’s because community feedback was that French players don’t want to see more Leopards. Bit of a shame, for the reasons I outlined above (the 2A8 fulfils a very different role and BR in the French tree than the 2A5 / 2A6)
