Still waiting for this beauty. I thoroughly enjoy when companies offer these kinds of upgrades to older variants of vehicles even though there are newer options available.

I hope it gets included in the game, plus it’s a service variant, so we could have a lineup like 2A7V, 2A6(M)A3, and A7+ Demo, before moving on to the next trophy tier, if these two were added, they would be very good rivals against the Swedish lineup.

I would welcome this with open arms; I value thermal quality even above armor these days!
I also like that it’s an actual service variant. I am generally not a fan of technology demonstrators of prototypes, I prefer to feel like I am actually playing as a part of an active service army.
Ideally, Germany’s Top Tier MBT lineup would look like this, eventually:
Leopard 2A8, Leopard 2A7V, Leopard 2A7A1, Leopard 2A7, Leopard 2A6A3.

See, since those are demos and prototypes rather than service vehicles, that’s why I am not such a fan, hahah.
Although gameplay wise they would be incredible, yeah.
Except for the 2A6EXs; apparently those still had 1st gen thermals, so ewww xD (I thought they had 2nd gen, like 2E and 2A6HEL, but apparently not).
Already a whole line ready for those sorts of tanks
And yea the 2a6exs did since they were mainly focused on Survivability like the past gen leopard 2tvms and mobility with the improvement mtu 883 on the 2a6ex demo 2

I would rather have 2A6A3, even without any substantial armor improvements, than 2A6EX with 1st gen even if 2A7V-level armor.
Is also equivalent to 2a7V I just want to see all the leopards like the tvms and the 2a6exs

2a6a3 is only used by German with some countries like the dutch using ma2 and now the Canadians with a similar upgrade
I mean, the main difference between 2A6’s armor and 2A7V’s is the glacis add-on module that makes it go from 450mm KE to 670mm KE; and 2A6A3 doesn’t have that add-on module.
2A6A3 doesn’t have that module; it only has the upper plate’s composite screens, just like 2PSO. Which is… something, but not much. Still lolpennable glacis.
i would throw in the leo 2 arc 3.0, KF51 and EMBT into that ring, they would be better then standard 2a7 and even the 2a6a3

its actualy not, the 2a6a3 doesnt get the armor beak add on, one of the most crucial parts
tell that the bmpt or the armata when it gets added
Everything else is identical tho and also the shatter plate stops alot of shots (Atleast from playing the 2a7)
