The hull is still only a 2a7v hull hasnt been modified like the heavily modified turret.
You know it would all end if you provide your sources on the turret development you are so proudly declaring earlier but not able to back up

Yeah because I’m supposed to just ask KNDS-France to hand me their entire turret blueprints. Because MAYBE Germany having some radio system inside would mean Germany has a claim. That makes so much sense
Neither nation has a claim to eachother’s tanks, its genuine logic, stop Gaijin’ing and pretending modern tanks don’t require the ability to interpret data to understand.
I am ok with news artciles from reputable sites etc
But seriously with the way yiu are handling it is is no wonder the french tree is in the state it is when you arenr able back up your claims for the bad model etc with sources.
And then u wonder why gajin need to add leopards into their tree
What kind of nonsense stretch is this? I’m the only one submitting ideas and reports for France? What? The French tree is in the state it is out of a sheer lack of commitment, which leads to less players, leading to less money made, leading to less commitment. That is a massive, massive leap in logic from you, which makes absolutely zero sense.
There’s plenty of submissions you can find from years ago with full detail. EBRC? VBCIs? Hell, how long was the Vextra submitted? How dumb of a conclusion.
Not sure how well you trust Defense Magazine, I personally don’t trust any of them at all, but here you can see it specifies KNDS-France.
The only mention of Germany is an engine France already used in the design of the export variant of the Leclerc sent to UAE; Thus showing KNDS-France is the demonstrator of the Leclerc Evolution.
And that doesnt say anything.
Its about Leclerc evolution being reveiled by knds france. Doesnt talk about the turret specialy.
Thats where it ends then for me if you cant back anything up.
Besides that funny thing. French are mad they csnt sell the turret in the embt 2022 configuration because they arent allowed to use leopard hulls and apparently nobody wants leclerc hulls

Both the turret and hull have been modified. The Leopard 2 hull instead uses the EuroPowerPack to make extra room for the 2 + 2 crew configuration.
As for the turret, are you able to point out the German contribution to the turret - any parts in particular? I’m struggling to see any right now.
Moreso the case that France doesn’t manufacture Leclerc chassis’ anymore. It’s hard to compete on the export market when the Germans can always sell 2nd hand tanks for cents on the dollar :P
The embt 2022 is part of the mgcs project.
And is working towards filling its requirements etc that where worked out together with germany and germany helping on the turret to fullfill this as a result.
Like it or not germany is the best western tank manufacturer right now with the biggest western export market and has the most experience which they brought into the embt 2022 turret.
There is a reason germany got the lead onbthe mgcs and france on the fcas
Which part did Germany help with? The fact that the tank was presented by KNDS, and the K stands for KMW?
Again. Where exactly? Please point to the German contribution on the turret.
As i said design. I told u why already as well.
And that it from me ,some people gotta work
Design? Do you have a source? Trust me bro?
Reliable sources state the turret development was solely carried out by Nexter.
cope much?
‘’ In 2023, it recorded turnover of €3.3 billion ($3.5 billion) and an order backlog of approximately €16 billion, according to company figures.‘’
the french just gave up on it cuz the Leclerc has no real growth potential… and possible export customers saw that too.
anyway here the article
Export customers just saw that they could buy 200 secondhand Leopards for the same price as 10 Leclercs more than anything lol.
“Leclerc has no real growth potential” - which part in particular? The digital databus which enabled greater scalability and reliability of electronics? The modular armour that could be readily replaced? The ability to retrofit a more powerful 140mm armament with relative ease?
again cope much?
Swedish trials the lekek failed cuz of technial difficulties
Greek trials they tired to sabotage the competition with false claims jammers…
the only export customer was the UAE (iirc with the EPP cuz whoop di doo, hyperbar sucks) and Jordan who bought them second hand from the UAE lol
so they arrived in the digial age like everyone else, congrats
you can slap as much addon on the tank as you want, it wont solve the internal armor issues…
the Lekek is just not a modular design.
soooo… like Rheinmetall has plans for the Leo 2’s with the 130? Wow…
its not even a new concept eighter , the Leclerc T4 (Termi) tried that years ago and… nothing burger. budget-cuts is what turned the Landforces into the sad husk they are today.
The Lekek gets upgrades towards its service life end, they still dont have a modern IFV, their SAM game is as bad as everyone else’…
we have seen ‘‘possible’’ Lekek upgrades on Eurosatory for years now, and nothing happens.
A competition where the French put forth a pre-series tank from a program still very much in its adolescence.
GPS jammers would surely impact any shooting or mobility testing.
The UAE decided to go with the EuroPowerPack due to the fact they had a stake in Renk and it benefitted them financially more than anything.
So when did Leopard 2s receive a digibus?
Ah yes, a photo slapped together by some unknown person on the internet. Truly you are the epitome of human intellect. But I’ll be patient with your deficiencies and instead show you the modular nature of the armour:
And will probably require a rather large redesign of the turret, no?
What?
Hello, dotEXCEL .
have you asked the french mains if they want any german MBT’s though?
Depends on whether you mean stricte just a DigiBus, or a Digital CAN-BUS, it has had the latter ever since the 2A5 (1995) to my knowledge.
2PL and 2A5DK fx use INTOPS, 2A6 HEL has a digital MIL-BUS, 2A7V I don’t actually know tbh.
And will probably require a rather large redesign of the turret, no?
Pretty much zero in terms of mounting. In fact, the KF-51-U that we’ve seen is just a Leopard 2/PT-19 turret with the Rh 130 pushed into it. The biggest re-design is in the rear as some electronics have to be removed in order to fit the autoloader, but apart from that nothing else needs to be done for a Leo 2 to mount the Rh 130, which all things considered, is relatively easy to carry out as Leo 2s are getting MB 883 now it seems, so they’ll have extra space.
It’s the ‘still doesn’t have a modern IFV’ that really sells this as a Pro-German/Anti-French bias issue
Hello, Nero
Coupé… VBCI sing exactly modern and pls don’t be the Type of frenchie who calls your 40mm scout car and ifv.
