And now ALL M24 go to rank 3 after the BR change but Panzer 4H and puma stayed in rank despite the BR bump.

buddy, there are more tanks in the game that a premiun and some vehicles on a minor nation, when the pz4 went up was not the first or the last tank at 4.0 while being rank 2, it wasnt even the only one that was moved up at those br that remained also at rank 2

Number 1, this thing reads like a final exam written response answer, and second, when playing 8.0, get used to getting ammo racked by a T-55 AMD-1 or something, that’s just part of the game. Also, sure, you’re almost never going to get a down tier, so you need to learn how to defeat 8.3s-9.0s. Third, letting this thing go down to 7.7 would mean that M-56s and such would fight a Leopard 1, which is so unfair.
If you want a Leopard 1 at a lower BR and that is faster, just buy the RU-251
