There are too many factors that relate to it for it to be a reliable way to determine if a tank is good or not.
what’s weak is the AMX-30, Leopard 1 does fine, the APDS is good, sights and mobility are very good also, honestly the fact that the tank doesn’t have armor wouldn’t justify a lower br imo
however, I do understand how frustrating it is to fight tanks that have composite armor or laser rangefinders, but that’s just devs not decompressing the BR as needed

A lineup composed by 3 turretless tank destroyers with superior machines like Sturer Emil or Hetzer …
Of courseeeeeeee only issue of germany are bad players.
I find the leo pretty fun, but it is insufferable because of the fact that it fights stabilized autocannons, which will ruin your entire day
Both as a german player this tank was miserable to play at first, but its goated when you get used to it. I say both because i reached higher tiers, got used to the stabalizer and now i can’t play MBT’s without stabalizers without suffering
It is still a fairly mobile tank.
That is what 90% of low tier Germany’s issues are.

Not enough, speciall after his BR change for some unknow reason germans tanks retain his nerf even after BR bump.

It got moved up when nearly every other vehicle got moved up as well. Why should it be moved down when it’s contemporaries are at 8.0 too? And 7.7 vehicles are definitely worse than it too.
Also, I refuse to believe that low tier Germany has any issues other than bad players.

Just another germany hater.
Because the other nations leave behind very good lineups and vehicles not like Germany. The last BRs changes basically destroy germany between 7.0 to 8.0 meanwhile the 2 pretty boys of Gaijin (USA and Russia) retain very good lineups and even still reciving new vehicles, no metion to another factors like sniping nerfs for maps (specially bad for germany) and the untochable no skill CAS for USA.
But only problem is germany bad players…
Idk, 7.7 germany is my jam, i used to hate the m48 but its really grown on me. 8.0 isnt as fun, sure i have the german USH, DF 105, marder, and leo but i find 7.7 to have a better matchmaker for me. 8.7 ia also pretty good but it sucks that the A1A1 went to 9.0 for literally no reason. The Tam wouldve made sense but not the A1A1. The leo at 8.0 is also pretty solid. Its not the greatest but ill take it over the t54’s for the gun and mobility anyday.
Personally i choose the T-54 good armor, movility , APHE and 7.7. Leopard is superior in long range combat but since Gaijijn decided this game is only played by idiots cant aim more of 10 meters is just…
For me 8.0 is a wasted of time, is more fun play 7.7 lkie you said. Maus, M48, M47 premiun, RU-251 and Marder.
T54 is 8.0? Unless the you’re talking about a different year model
1947 model stay in 7.7 and is a beast. The other 2 go up to 8.0 but is stupid play those tanks when you have the premiun version with stab. in the same BR.
I dont count prem if i can help it when comparing lineups. Regardless i was comparing 8.0 vehicles which imo ill take the leo because i prefer mobility over a tank thats “Armor” only works against autocannons and tonks in a full downtier. Outside of 7.0 the T54 is a slow easy target, and yes the TO-55 should be 8.3 aphe is still very good but it does lack the APDS and Heat fs
Side note, most of my maps at 8.0 are long distance so the leo is still better imo but id also still take it for close quarters since i can actually move the turret at a decent speed.

you’re right about the fact that Germany somehwat lacks in lineups between 7.0-8.0, don’t act like Gaijin has something against Germany.

Germany have bad players?? of course tons of then but the other nations too.
Gaijin enjoy fcking germany since the day one. I still remebering that armor nerf cuz historical reasons, his manual rejected cuz propaganda, the ultra biased MM lock and much much more.
Yes, a very good spaa but is 8.3. And the problem is mostly in 7.0 to 8.0.
What maps??? big Sinai was destroyed with Middle east, 90% are maps like ALaska, Ardennes or another urban similar sht.
Most nations have that spaa problem. Where the spaa is .x higher than the lineup. Thats not exclusive to germany so not a good point when other nations share that problem. Though i will say. 7.7 germany lack diversity, mainly LT’s id like another medium ir really help give a bit more playstyle variety like what the 8.0 lineup has.
All i ever get is european province, ill trade you some maps if thats all you wanna play forever. Serious note pls for the love of the snail give me anything but European province.

Sinai is still a good map, middle easy hasn’t changed. Small Ardennes is less common than big Ardennes at that BR, and it’s also a better map than the big version.
