Always good to see more fun world war two vehicles, but could you not set the date on the forums as to what it is local time - as in it differs for every person? I saw someone do this once, and it was a huge help. Don’t know how though.
As to my previous post on this thread, really another Russian vehicle? Its a good one dont get me wrong, but could we not have had something from another country, like say the Schofield tank for New Zealand rahhh. But in all seriousness last year we got the T-34-85, the year before that we got Erimen’s Yak-3 (just a direct upgrade to the tt one) plus the KV-7 as the DCT. Year before that we had the BM-31-12, then IS-2, then oh! Yay! The very first one (just called Victory anniversary then), Swordfish Mk ii, LVT A 4, and a G-5 Shvak (also Russian). In the 6 years they’ve been going on we’ve had 6 Russian vehicles and two others. Excluding other events.
Also 30,000 score for what’s going to end up being a 3.7? Really? That’s a bit high… even last year’s Partisan was only 35,000 for a 5.7, could we not have dropped it to like… 20,000? Things would be so much more enjoyable. Yes you earn less because people dont buy as much of it but come on.
Oh and lastly, 500,000 mission points? In 12 days? Uhhh. If my math is right that come out to oh, about 42,000 per day (rounded to the nearest thousand). Gaijin what. This is insanity. So if you want the vehicle you are going to have to do 15,000 per day. Okay yeah that’s tough but doable. To sell it, you need to get THREE TIMES THAT. Stop this nonsense gaijin.

the V-DAY is for victory over Europe, but yes i agree in September when the war ended in the pacific theater i would love to see Japanese and American goofy tanks or planes

This is the soviet one because they defeat Germany at that time. Victory day for Asian(world) is in September.
With out the soviet allies, the war would taked longer

I don’t know if it is worth it or not as i don’t really play low tier, so can anyone tell me how good it would be?
I’d say at 3.7 BR would do well.
It’s an uparmored slow KV-1, with the gun of a T-50.
Flamethrower should barely come into play.

Unique armament with 30k mission score as the stepping stones.

It’s a kv1 but with a much worse gun essentially it’s not gonna be great mediocre at best

Fellas, May has always been about Russian vehicles, June has always been Allied vehicles.
Personally, I am really looking forward to this one. Another fine addition to me KV collection!

Finally, WW2 event tank. A very good break from Bushmaster slop / wheel tanks with 105 mm gun slop.

Yeah, Churchill I believe got even better armor.
(But gun is really short to a russian 45.)
But still, if its really that bad that I can support 3.3 for it

Ehh, the other poster undersells it a bit imo
It gets the same gun you get on the BT-series and on the T-50, which already sees 3.7 anyway.
Also, it seems to be a later model KV, so 90mm all around armour at minimum.
This is just like the Churchill AVRE, a moving bunker with quirky firepower, except it’ll work far better then the AVRE since it can actually shoot beyond 200 metres.
Also also, this gets a flamethrower, at a BR where you’ll encounter a lot of open-top or extremely lightely armoured stuff, so it’ll be actually usefull unlike the TO-55 or even the Churchill Crocodile.
