You can wait as long as you want. But it was an easily available event vehicle, pretty low wow factor, more a meme vehicle than anything. I wouldn’t expect to get anywhere near $2000.
You could hold on to it for 5 years and it probably won’t break above $100.

Next coming years it will be no more than 5.6 GJN on the market.
I would be surprised that it even reaches $50, the kv1b is at $60, the literally kv220 is $70 and it is 10 years old

With how poor the performance is, I doubt it will ever be expensive.
They should move it to 3.3 tbh
This tank is honestly fun and miserable at the same time. Against most light-mediums you can penetrate them without that much difficulty, but as soon as a Matilda, Churchill, or another KV rolls around the corner you have to switch to low damage APCR rounds and aim for weak spots (or flank) or you literally can’t penetrate them.
The flamethrower weak spot is a volumetric trap unless you hit pixel perfect and even then its still a 50/50 chance the flamethrower eats the shell.
This tanks no where on the same level as the KV-1E/B in terms of performance though. The L-11 can still penetrate most heavies weakspots without the same difficulty of the KV-8.

and the partisan that its 1 year out is 20gc and its rank 3 so i don’t thing will hit more than 30gc, and its not an exclusive tank, it will be in the SL creates
Rank II vehicles are not very useful. It might get good prices, if its super unique or very op. I don’t see this happeniing, since its optically a KV-1 and thats it.
If its very cheap at marketplace, you could buy one or two of those as long term investment. Maybe there’s a chance it might get an uprank in the years to come.
It is kinda unique due to flame thrower on a KV-1 with different gun. Besides Churchill petard, a rank 2 vehicle is also currently for 37 GJN so this could also go more then 30 GJN after a year
