As I said, South African equipment was confirmed for the UK, and Argentina was also confirmed
There’s not enough context to this reply so here’s my interpretation of it: Smin1080p was talking about the present moment, in which Argentinian vehicles are placed in the German tree (since they didnt plan for a Latin American tree). Nowhere did he say that this is fixed, nor that the TAM will never be replaced by a German equivalent. In the future, with a possible Latin American tree, those Argentinian vehicles could very well be transferred over and easily replaced by the TH-300 and TH-301.
Everything is written quite clearly in the photo
We can’t know what vehicles the person he’s replying to is referring to. And again, nowhere to be seen that this will never change.
Germany has the TAMs also because it’s the tree where Argentine vehciles are deployed. Such a as the SK 105. Vehciles that have other nations vehcilles in them generally have them because they have those sub branches or they have been predesignated for those trees.
Outside of this other nations vehciles typically are premium / squadron or event vehciles.
Do I have to repeat myself?
That is still no sub-tree announcement.
Your interpretations do not align with Gaijin’s announcements.
He’s not talking about this, but about the fact that Argentina’s equipment will be added to the German development branch. And also that the equipment of other countries is mostly premium and is not included in the main tree. Otherwise, that SK-105 would be premium
@Smin1080p Can you explain your words on the old forum if it’s not difficult?
Regardless of what he says, it’s gonna be Gaijin’s decision. Not Smin1080p’s, not mine, not yours.
“But Smin1080p is part of Gaijin’s staff!” He’s the Community Manager, not one of the developers. And there were previous moments in which he said something would never be added, only to it be added later on (like composite armor for tanks and guided missiles for planes).
That’s my final consideration for this discussion, as I feel like this is becoming too repetitive. We have a disagreement, but that’s fine since nobody disrespected anyone here. But keep in mind that Gaijin’s in charge. We present the options, they’ll make their decision.
PS: He might not say anything at all here, so that he stays neutral on this suggestion.
Smin is first and foremost the face of the company, and only then an ordinary user. Then no)
This is true, but I said how it will be. Otherwise, here is your logic, if a united branch of African countries is introduced (Which will not happen), then South African equipment will have to be removed from the UK because of this
Honestly, this is what happens when you ask questions that are not convenient for the company :0
Comparing a Latin American tree with an African tree is very unfair, to say the least… And stop acting like you’re in charge. Seriously.
I’m not in charge, I’m just noticing how gaijin logic works, nothing more)
Hello
Im a little unsure what the misunderstanding is?
My answers are directly from the developers. The answers may change because game development itself (and the direct we take) changes. So what was a “no” some years ago can be a yes in a few :)
You are of course free to believe as you wish. But my answers are never from me personally, my opinion or my thoughts. Its not my job to provide you my opinion, simply the responses from the devs at the time.
Thanks for clearing this up. That’s exactly my point, Gaijin can change their mind about things.
Would you say that currently that argentinian vehicles are supposed to be placed in germany is still the case?
This is exactly what I expected, that you pass information from developers to users, and not on your own behalf (At least on the forum)
Of course. Nothing is generally a definite “no” with a few exceptions. But our answers are always applicable to the time and context they were given in.
Generally yes, Argentine vehicles are currently located in the German tree.
thanks, so as of right now we will continue to plan argentinian additions for germany
Anyway, the misunderstanding here is that Fleks using an old message of yours to make a point that Argentinian vehicles would never leave the German tree (and end up in a Latin American tree, as suggested in this post). Could you provide a more up to date clarification on this?
