Latin American Air Forces Tree

Honduras also had F-5E Tiger II’s

Along with sabres too (F-86K & CL-13)

Super Mystere

P-63

These would be cool to have in game even if they’re just skins

The Super Mystere is actually a Sa’ar

This is another thing that is nice about the LATAM tree: there’s tons of potential for historical skins since many of the vehicles were used by multiple LATAM countries. Having such skins also helps to represent everyone.

did the B-17 lost all of it’s defensive armament? Even in the last photo I can’t identify any

Yes. Flying Fortresses in the Brazilian Air Force were only used in the SB-17 variant, for search and rescue. The only relevance of those photos is to serve as reference for an optional skin for the Dominican B-17G.

A friend of mine founds this: IAF Ouragans used FFAR rockets too, SNEB rockets as well. It wasn’t a El Salvador thing but rather this capability was inherited by the capabilities of the IAF Ouragans, only the Shafrir 2 seems to be:

He also found some photos of the Shafrir 2 on display while the aircraft was in service:

I see. I based myself off of the Ouragans already in game to claim that. Guess Gaijin also has to add those to Israel then. Thanks for the pictures.

Could someone tell me what kind of weaponry is being used on the Ecuadorian Air Force’s Mirage F1 in the photo?

For the underbelly I couldn’t tell ya never figured out what those were. As for the aircraft in general in case this information was unknown or interests you: It was modernized by IAI and received the Kfir series RWR, countermeasure dispensers (same total as C.10), I believe some cockpit features, and the ability to mount underwing Python 3s and Python 4s.

Historically we used the Magic 1, Magic 2, Python 3, Python 4 and Durandal for our loadouts.

The Python 4 coming as a later modernization of our Mirage F1JE
