after this new update i have been having fps as low as 25 and lower and it won’t go up to the amount it use to be.

You really should add more info, at least what GPU or system in general do you have. Maybe you play on Linux or something, from this post you wont get much help.
It has been stuttering. Lag is a little annoying, but it’s small, occasional spikes.
Not too bad for an update, though, considering the usual problems.
