Lack of Maps, lack of Naval targets, Bases too far away to reach with attackers or bombers at high tier, Pacific maps, and Other maps never show up

getting tired of playing the same 4 / 5 maps over and over and over, why are none of the other maps in rotation? None of the Pacific maps are played, none of the old european maps are in rotation.
