Team killing policy - follow up thread

I believe TKs bans are reviewed if it comes to the point of a lengthy ban. Moreover, if a player has many team-kills accumulated in the last week that’d be something to check out on the player’s side, getting one TK in a day due to a mistake, a bug or the missile/teammate not being smart enough is alright, but having more is either lack of skill or made on purpose.
