The KV-8S was a Soviet heavy flamethrower tank used during World War II, based on the KV-1S chassis. It was equipped with an ATO-42 flamethrower, an improved version of the ATO-41, replacing the standard 76.2mm gun, sometimes alongside a 45mm gun. The KV-8S was designed to support infantry attacks by clearing bunkers and fortified positions with its flamethrower.
