This is unlikely imo, there 's so few options for the DE techtree to get post-WW1 battleships that I’d doubt any of them have the option of being non-techtree.

I think they changed from custom profile picture to in game one was because of this new forums
They unpinned the Tokushu Heiki devblog from the blog page, which through me for a loop for a second when I checked it.
When they were tested in the update " Direct Hit " devserver, JDAM used the same keybind and controls as CCRP - it was simply able to guide itself to the marked point, rather than having to be released at it.

Im willing to bet some money we got a teaser today, first Smin saying that we got something good (possibly italian), then we have the fact he said “Devblog’s” and normally the first multi devblog day is the teaser day, then finally its a thursday and leaving it till next week would mean little to no dev server time before release
