I agree with you, but also due to Challenger 2 lower plate beeing pennable by a 2.3 Marder III, it should be moved to 1.3 so it can face it in uptiers only
The Marder can pen the Type 10 too!!!1!1!!! It should be moved to 15.0 to prevent the type 10 seeing it

After completing my research, i can say that October battle passes are the only ones that overlap with major updates. The last year oct BP overlaped thematicly with the major update (flamethrowers), so im interested if this year it will be the same. Tropical Storm, what would that be?
