Hungary became an official sub tree for Italy. Germany already has 5 lines so they likely won’t get a full sub tree anytime soon.

No that is reserve for the Polish tree :)
It shouldn’t happen, it hasn’t happened in the past and with this info in mind I doubt it will happen for a good while.
A nation shouldn’t be hand held by getting vehicles from a non sub tree nation, just because some mains want it that way.

When it comes to squadron vehicles there hasn’t really be any logical patterns to be drawn between additions.
They just do whatever the hell they want with those it seems.
