Hmmm risky pick with the upcoming M735 nerf. Sure you’re not better off with the Wolfpack or M1 KVT?
Many people dont buy levels simply due to them being expensive, putting it in the sale will bring more people into doing so. So on a financial side it can make sense even to try it. Any argument against it doesnt make sense when you consider we have sales for everything but GE pretty much.
On a PR side, people would see it as a boon to have sales expanded to involve and include more aspects of the game, especially the Battle Pass system and I think it would generate a fair bit of good will towards gaijin at a time where Gaijin are making a lot of good effort to improve the game in a pro customer way already.
Negatives - Maybe, maybe lose a little money on people that would GE the whole thing.
Positives - chance of more people involved in the BP and buying levels. More good PR. More positive community feedback and support. More customer friendly. Potential increase in income as more people buy BPs/levels.
And no M1 for you yet, prob next week I hope for sales, be fun to see.

How bad is it going to be? I haven’t checked. And it’s because I wasn’t expecting the M1 KVT to go on discount or to fit any lineup I currently have. I think I’ll end up with the M1 if it’s discounted and if the M735 nerf is going to be that bad.

60° pen stays similar, but it loses quite a bit of flat and 30° pen. Won’t have a huge impart when frontally fighting tanks, but I’m concerned that this might mean worse spalling for side shots.

Epecially if its your only tank in the BR range, its not particularly great and its about to get a whole lot worse with the M-735 nerfs
All you’re going to do is get sucked into 10.0+ uptiers fighting TURMS, BMP2M, 2S38, and everyone else’s 10.0 premiums. You can barely pen anybody while almost everyone you face including some IFVs can front pen you.
Buy the KVT or Wolfpack, both are functional vehicles

They’re nerfing the best APFSDS for the XM-1 that is also, by pure coincidence, the first APFSDS you unlock on 105mm Abrams
Also assuming rank VIII ground comes in december you will be a lot more future proof with the M1 KVT or M1128 Wolfpack.
