Sweden is the Scandanavian tree I dont see why Norway cant go in the TT as well
Bvvd said other Scandinavian vehicles will come as premiums
Because Gaijin has said that Norwegian vehicles will be used only as premium vehicles for the near future.
Well thats stupid.
Oh ffs.
I hope they keep the non stock R-73 on those pylons, else I would rather go back to R-60M stock
I think the swedish tree is the last one that needs more handouts from other tree.
Also I don’t think norway used the F-16C. Didn’t they use the F-16A and later MLU variant?
To my knowledge they still use Block 50s I only know this because of Red Flag Gripen vs B50 tho
Also where is Denmark gonna go then?
Probably also the premium tree if I had to guess.
Hoping for PL-12s in there too. J-10A (And maybe J-10 Early for a SARH carrier) shall be enjoyed
Gib Premium Danish UH-60 :p
Ah ok, it was something i came up with in like 5 mins snd to my knoeledge the only russian naval aircraft are the Mig29K and SU30 so i went with the more logical option
I guess another option would be something like a mig 25/31 as they are no where near equal to the F15 in performance
Would seem I was wrong based on a quick wikipedia search I suppose they were given 50+'s to fly for Red Flag? Not quite sure
They seemingly only served A’s as you said
Not like there’s much to write home about anyways
Still though theres so many missed oppritunities there P8 P3 F16 more Sabres even though they suffer F5 F104 PBY now I doubt we’ll get most of em
Could get a prem SH-60 maybe if they arm them
su33*
as far as arh goes, russia lacks in that department, so the only platforms that can carry alot of arhs are su 35S(i believe) and mig 31(31 can carry 6 r37s, su35 4/6)
Lowkey since yall we’re talking about it earlier I really want a Jap MiG-25
Itll be terrible but such a cool event vehicle
Not much capability that can’t be provided by Sweden or Finland.
Would’ve been a shame had the Norwegian options been more unique, but they aren’t.
Uniqueness has been out the window for a while now though, theres not many “unique” airframe designs left
There is no Scandinavian tree. It is the Swedish tree.
Depends on what kind of platform one looks at, but when it comes to fighter aircraft, in particular gen 4+ jet fighters, you’re right.
Still, we do have the J-39 family to still fall back on, so I don’t consider the loss of some US aircraft as such a catastrohpe for Sweden.
